Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 14 days from receiving your item, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To complete your turn, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at a.k.simonsen@hotmail.com

Please note there are certain situations where only partial refunds are available if; any items are not in its original condition, is in its original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not our fault. Any item returned more than 14 days after receiving your item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Custom-made products, may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake, like a damaged or incorrect item. We suggest using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure safe and timely return delivery

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

Refunds
Once we have received the product and it is all good, we will make the refund, and you will receive a full refund for the product - but minus the delivery charge. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
